Terms of Service

Draft pending legal review. This document is a good-faith starting point generated from how the service actually works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet a binding agreement. Do not rely on it for a production launch until counsel has signed off.

What we do and do not promise about results

Owner names are not guaranteed. We find an owner or principal's name only when a business publishes one on its own website. Many do not. A run that returns few owner names is a fact about those businesses, not a failure of the service, and credits are not automatically refunded on that basis. If a run looks wrong to you, contact us and a person will look at it.

Emails are domain-checked, not mailbox-verified. We confirm an address is well-formed and that its domain has a live mail server. We do not confirm that the individual mailbox exists — that requires a connection type our platform cannot make. Treat these as good addresses to try, not as a guaranteed-deliverable list.

Repeat businesses are billed again. Credits are charged per business returned in a run. If the same business appears in two separate runs, it costs a credit each time, because we fetch and re-check it each time. Your export marks which records you have received before, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

The service

Skip the Gatekeeper discovers and enriches business lead data. Credits are prepaid, do not expire, and are consumed one per successfully enriched business.

Acceptable use

You agree to use lead data lawfully. You are responsible for complying with the laws that govern how you contact people — including telemarketing, do-not-call, anti-spam, and data protection rules in your jurisdiction. The line-type classification we provide is informational and is not legal advice or a guarantee.

Billing

Purchases are charged immediately. If you enable auto-reload, you authorise us to charge your saved card when your balance falls below the threshold you set. Refunds are handled case by case; contact support.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, chargebacks, or abuse.
